ITU Digital World 2020 is an ITU Telecom event. The event’s name has been changed for this year in recognition of the diverse technologies powering the world’s communication ecosystem, and current global and regional digital transformation.
ITU Digital World 2020 is the global platform to harness digital technology for the good of all through exhibiting solutions, sharing knowledge and making meaningful connections. It brings together senior level decision-makers from public and private sectors and emerging and developed markets from across the entire ICT value chain to discuss and debate policies, strategies, technologies and models. It is a powerful international platform to access and connect with the global ICT community and meet your commercial objectives through showcasing, business networking, branding and thought-leadership opportunities.
ITU Digital World 2020 enables influential figures from government, industry and SMEs to connect and exploer partnership solutions, investment opportunities, shared ideas and best practices. You may choose the standbuilder of your choice, or contact the official Event Contractor to be appointed in June 2020. In the meantime, web searching can lead you to standbuilders in Ha Noi who could propose designs and quotes based on your requirement and budget.
The URL and code to access the Online Technical Manual will be sent to focal points of confirmed exhibition participants three months prior to the event.
You may choose the freight handling agent of your choice for forwarding goods to the doors of the venue, but as soon as your freight arrives onsite it may only be handled by the official onsite freight handling agent. Details will be included in the Online Technical Manual available three months prior to the event.
Networking is a fundamental element of ITU Digital World 2020, where events, spaces and online tools are designed to facilitate networking at the highest level. The event app allows you to network with event participants, set up meetings, and search full details of the event programme, exhibitors, sponsors and speakers – and will be available from August 2020.
Access passes options are for the entire event duration. Costs and further details of each pass category will be available from May 2020.
Registration will open in June 2020.
The Event Calendar will be available from May 2020.
Clients may book accommodation through the travel agency of their choice, or online. Details of all official hotels, including booking links and discounts for ITU delegates, will be available on the website in May 2020.
Visa information will be available from May 2020.
