The greatest benefit is an opportunity to compare notes, to share experiences, to talk to colleagues from other countries who have deployed ICTs in a much more aggressive and expansive manner than we have done in our country. We have experiences to learn from, challenges that we can draw lessons from, and I have learnt a lot about approaches and perspectives and where to put resources in terms of deployments of ICTs and what is critical to do.
